Registration

  1. Click on Person icon the top right-hand corner, or tap on the top left-hand corner for mobile version and select Register.
  2. Fill in your particulars and subscribe to the newsletter for our latest updates & promotions.

Welcome to The TCWS Community! 

Your account will store your purchase history so you will know what items you have purchased so far for the preparation of your Guo Da Li/Wedding Day.

 

Early promotional notifications and updates will be emailed to you and your personal particulars will be saved to avoid the hassle from filling up them again for subsequent purchases.

 

 

Order

  1. Go to Products.
  2. You may scroll along by selecting the categories on the left-hand side, which are arranged into customary traditions in sequence, and further categorised into FOR GROOM and FOR BRIDE. It is made easier for each family to know what items it needs to prepare for every Chinese wedding tradition. 
  3. You may click ADD TO CART directly or click on the product for further product description. 
  4. After choosing all the items you want, click on the Cart icon on the top right-hand corner and check out. 
  5. Fill in your particulars and you may choose whether to also create an account for future use. 
  6. Select your preferred shipping method & payment method, and you may also add comment to your order for us to take note. 
  7. Upon payment, you will receive a confirmation email, and that's all!

Request of refund is not applicable. Exchanges can be done from date of purchase to within 7 days of receiving the order, with exception on food items. Our management reserves the rights to reject the amendment request if the order has been prepared or shipped.

Kindly bring the item along with a copy of your order receipt to any of our outlets within 7 days of receiving the order. Our store assistant will be around to assist you.

A deposit for loan/rental of basket(s) is required. We will contact you directly on the deposit payment upon receiving your order confirmation. The basket(s) is/are to be returned to us in original condition to your preferred outlet and the full deposit amount will be returned to you in cash. 

For our online store, we accept Credit Card (VISA/MasterCard/AMEX) and PayNow/GrabPay.

 

There are more payment methods available when you make a purchase at our retail stores.

Self-Collection & Delivery

Yes, both delivery and self-collection are available. Simply select your preferred mode of delivery during Checkout.

 

SELF-COLLECTION

You may choose your preferred outlet at Checkout.  

 

DELIVERY

For purchase of Non-food items ABOVE $150, free delivery is available and will be automatically applied during Checkout. 

For purchase of Non-food items BETWEEN $80-$150, a delivery fee of $10 is applicable.

For purchase of Non-food items BELO$80, a delivery fee of $15 is applicable.

For purchase of ONLY Food items, a delivery fee of $15 is applicable.

 

If you will like to add-on food items along with non-food items in your order, free delivery is available and will be automatically applied during Checkout ONLY IF the non-food items in your cart have at least $150 in value. 


All orders (except special purchases) will be ready within 3 to 5 business days. For special purchases, such as packages and food items, we will contact you directly for the final order arrangements.

 

Please note that for Overseas Shipping, there may be difference in the shipping fee (based on weight, size and urgency of order). We will contact you directly for the final shipping fee after we receive your order.

Customary Enquiries

We are a One-Stop Shop that provides Chinese customary wedding services, guiding couples through their Guo Da Li (Betrothal Day), Bed-Setting, Hair-Combing, Wedding Day traditions such as Fetching the Bride and Tea Ceremony.  

 

Couples come to us for guidance and advices as we share with them on the necessary items to prepare for their Chinese wedding traditions according to their dialect groups.

Different dialect groups have different requirements for Guo Da Li, therefore it may be confusing for many of you, especially when there are so many different sayings around from families, friends and online.

Yes, definitely. We hope to provide convenience and save the hassle for our couples, therefore you can order your wedding cakes with us and settle your Guo Da Li preparations all at one place.

 

We have traditional wedding biscuits for different dialect groups. As we progress with the modern times, we also have modern cakes options for couples to choose from.

Terms & Conditions

 

1.1 An email will be sent to you as an acknowledgement that we have received your order. Full payment is required to be made when you check out your order. 

 

1.2 Subjected to actual stock availability, items in the order may be replaced with alternatives subjected to a verbal or written confirmation from you. Kindly note that no refund is applicable. You may make an exchange with other items. 

 

1.3 Each batch of goods may differ due to manufacturing constraints. In the event if you are not satisfied with any products, you may visit any of our stores for an exchange of "The Product" within 7 days after receiving the order, with the exception of food items. "The Product" must be unused in the original condition. 

2.1 The price of any products will be as quoted on our website from time to time, except in cases of obvious error. 

 

2.2 Our website contains a large number of products and it is possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures so that, where a product's correct price is less than the stated price on website, we will charge the lower amount when dispatching the product to you. If a product's correct price is higher than the price stated on website, we will have to honour the correct price before dispatching the order. You will be contacted directly on the price difference and be requested for the additional payment.

 

2.3 We are under no obligation to provide the product to you at the incorrect (lower) price even after we have provided you with an email confirmation.

3.1 When you return a product to us (for instance, if you are not satisfied with the product or there is a defect), we will examine the returned product. Provided we are satisfied with the condition of the product following our examination, we will either replace the item, or you may bring it down to any of our stores for an exchange. The cost of return transportation is at your expense. 

 

3.2 Request of refund is not applicable. Exchanges can be done from date of purchase to within 7 days of receiving the order, with exception on food items. 

 

3.3 A claim by you that the quantity of the products delivered falls short of the quantity ordered shall be notified to us within 3 days from the date of delivery. If you do not notify us accordingly, we shall have no liability in respect of such shortfall.
